Three-rooms apartment “amaranto” 2/4 persone (49 sq. ca.)
Living room with kitchenette, a sofa, 32’’LED SAT-TV, 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), bathroom with shower. Small terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishes, pots, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
All the apartments have an independent access from the garden and free Wi-Fi . At the guests’ disposal in a common area: bicycle storage and washing machine.
Service included:
hot water, electricity, gas, heating, parking, bicycle parking space, bed linen and towels. The prices are per apartment per day. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Extra costs:
City tax € 0.70 per person per day up to a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tax;
Baby cot on request € 5,00 per day;
The small pets, upon request, are welcome with a supplement of € 6,00 per day;
Change of bed linen € 6.00 per person;
Change of towels € 3.00 per person.
Terms and conditions:
Upon confirmation is required a deposit of 30% due by bank transfer. The balance must be made in cash on arrival day.
On arrival is due a security deposit of € 100,00 for any damage, breakage and / or deficiencies which will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment. The apartment must be left tidy in the same condition it was delivered.
Arrival: the apartments are available starting from 3:00 pm
Departure: the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 am
